It has perfectly meshed its newer and older aspects to give the city a feel and look that is uniquely its own. A city filled with people who love to move and love the outdoors, it's no wonder more and more people are being attracted to it.
Coming into Bromont, you'll first be seduced by Mount Brome, whether it is during a delightful summer day, or during a winter night when the ski slope lights illuminate the sky above.
Ski Bromont, is a popular destination for those who love downhill skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, golfing, waterslides, as well as equestrian events. The mountain offers slopes for beginners and intermediates as well as a few slopes that are sure to challenge those who are a bit more experienced!
Opened in 2006, the Carrefour Champêtre resembles a smaller version of Brossard's Quartier Dix30. There is a vast array of stores and boutiques, each with their own parking space. No more spending hours walking around an entire shopping mall in order to shop at only one or two specific stores!
For cycling enthusiasts, Bromont has many asphalted cycle paths which will get you just about anywhere. Whether you want to head out on a short excursion or would like to plan an entire day on the paths, Bromont grants you that option. Don't forget to grab a map of the cycle paths and some water before you leave!
For sports enthusiasts, Bromont also has basketball courts, skate parks, ball parks, and the list goes on. Whatever your pleasure, Bromont is always a step ahead of the rest.
Every summer, young and old flock the streets to get to the Bromont Flea Market. You can find pretty much anything there from fresh vegetables to antique furniture at great prices. What a great way to spend an afternoon!
